Who are we?
Two friends for whom a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, baking and cooking became part of their everyday life, quite young. We like to spend our free time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes or transforming old, traditional ones. We both started this journey with different motivations, but the goal is common, the long-term preservation of our health.
What is our motivation?
When I was diagnosed with PCOS and severe insulin resistance a few years ago, I had to realize that my lifestyle was not sustainable in the long term. That’s when I decided that I was willing to make any changes for the sake of my health. I made the best decision of my life. Today, thanks to this, my medical results show a fantastic improvement and I can say that I feel good in my own body again.
I first encountered the concept of veganism in 2016, and almost immediately I felt that I had found the path that was right for me. At first, I got into it to preserve my health, you could say I saw it all as a kind of diet, with which I can maintain my weight well and shape my body. This was very important to me, and it still is, since I work in the theater world, where you have to pay special attention to this. However, as I delved more and more into the subject, expanded my knowledge, I realized that I was doing the animals and my environment at least as much good as myself. Today, I feel that it has become a part of my everyday life, I see it as a way of life. I am happy that I made this decision.
Our goal is to show everyone that it is possible to bake just as delicious, if not more delicious, foods in a healthy way. We hope that our recipes will help people with different eating habits.
